• Service Policy

SINO FILTRATION Service Center is specifically designed around all the customers’ needs. We have the simple mission: To ensure every instrument’s quality; To treat every customer as a friend; To make every deal as a pleasure.

To meet your different levels of service needs, SINO FILTRATION has a period of 12 months Warranty Policy and provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors.

• Procedures

According to SINO FILTRATION After-sale Policy, product needs to should follow the hereinafter procedures:

Firstly, Contact us and provide the model and a brief description of the reason.

Secondly, freight policy about return shipment. Under this article, there contains two cases:

Within Warranty: Customer takes responsibility for the freight, insurance charges, customs charges and fees occur when the instrument is shipped to SINO FILTRATION for service. SINO FILTRATION is responsible for the above-mentioned fees from us to the customer.

After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any charges for returned product.

Finally, product should be returned to the following address on the basis of accepting all above-mentioned articles:

• Warranty Policy

Under this warranty, SINO FILTRATION’s obligation is limited to repairing, at SINO FILTRATION’s option, any part that upon SINO FILTRATION’s examination proves defective.

New instrument, including beams, hydraulic station, cabinet etc. are warranted by SINO FILTRATION to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment under normal use and service. (Note: the policy do not include consumables, such as: filter clothes, oil seal etc..)

Such services are available in all countries for all products unlisted on the following occasions:

1) Caused by misuse, negligence or accidents.

2) Caused by abnormal force or storage environment.

3) Caused by natural disasters or other force majeure.

4) Caused by modification or repair by anyone except SINO FILTRATION or SINO FILTRATION designated person.

5) From which SINO FILTRATION’s original serial number tag or product identification marks have been altered or removed.

• Technical Training

SINO FILTRATION provides free service training to the technical personnel from the distributors with respect to the products and will further provide technical assistance via E-mail or fax as requested by distributors.
